Available Positions
MOR Contractors
We are currently seeking part-time and full-time Contractors in Georgia and Illinois to be responsible for conducting the on-site Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) for an assigned portfolio. The Contractor will conduct on-site MORs pursuant to HUD’s 9834 form and will do follow-up on NSPIRE Inspection results. Work further requires data review, collection, and analysis and strong report writing. All work must be conducted in accordance with HUD program regulations and NHC standards of performance.
Requirements:
Strong customer relations skills and experience working with property owners/agents is a must. Expert knowledge of the HUD Section 8 Multi-family program regulations and property management experience, previous experience conducting MORs a plus; computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and use of HUD secure systems; Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification (COS); BA/BS in Business or related field; must have valid driver’s license, transportation, and auto liability coverage. Travel required 50%+ some overnight.
